Yes. Candidates do not pay P.O.P. during the pilot. Employers pay P.O.P. when they hire or engage talent.

No. Every complete profile can be reviewed for matches. Shermie approves a limited number of candidates for full managed search. If selected, a recruiter will call you directly.
Yes. Managed search is not exclusive. Please tell us where you are already interviewing so we do not make the same introduction twice.
